FAQ on Meteora and Delphi

Can you do Delphi and Meteora in a day?

Technically, it is possible to do Delphi and Meteora in 1 day, if you are taking a guided tour. By taking a guided tour, you can rest while someone else does the driving. Visiting both in 1 day will be a very long day and you will only be able to see the highlights.

However, I highly recommend doing at least a 2 day tour. Both Meteora and Delphi are several hours drive away from Athens, and so by spending at least 1 night you’ll have much more time to fully explore the sites.

I definitely do not recommend visiting both in 1 day if you are driving yourself. The reason for this is that between driving and sightseeing you would be utterly exhausted. If you only have 1 day – I recommend this tour.
